Whole wheat Blueberry Muffins

These yummy muffins are made with whole wheat flour and lots of fresh blueberries. My husband says they´re the best muffins he has ever had. Give them a try and let me know if you agree.


  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup agave nectar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup white flour
  • 2 tsp . baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 cups blueberries


  • 1. Preheat the oven to 375 ° F.
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl mix eggs, milk, agave nectar, vanilla extract and melted butter together until smooth. add the flours, baking powder and salt and stir until well combined.
  • 3. Gently stir the blueberries into the batter and pour the mixture into muffins tins.
  • 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes approximate. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
