Chocolate Donuts


Let´s be honest. Who doesn´t love donuts? And even more if they are chocolate!
These chocolate donuts are a healthy version of the typical processed ones sold in the supermarket or in most of the establishments, which are loaded with sugar and artificial ingredients.
Best of all, they have less than 35 calories per donut and are made with ingredients you can pronounce and are good for you.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 smashed banana
  • 1 tbsp. of ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • ½ cup almond milk

Preparation:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 365F.
  • 2. Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. If necessary add more milk.
  • 3. Pour the mixture into your donut pan and bake for 15 minutes.
