Raspberry and Chia Seed Jam

As you probably already know, I love cooking and sharing all my new creations with you. If you have checked my blog lately you have probably noticed that I try to share recipes that are pretty easy to prepare because I understand we all have lots of things going on in our lives and we are left with little to no time for cooking. That is why I try to stick to quick and easy recipes.

These raspberry jam is exactly what you are looking for: quick, easy and delicious. You can use it for anything. From your morning toast, pancakes, yoghurt, etc.  Hope you enjoy it!


  • 1 ½ cup raspberries
  • 3-5 dates
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • honey to taste


  • 1. Remove the pit from dates and soak on warm water for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Place all your ingredients on a blender or food processor and pulse until desire consistency. didn’t want mine chunky, but you may leave it that way if that’s how you like it.  Taste and add honey if you would like a sweeter jam.
  • 3. Transfer the mixture to a container with a lid (I used a mason jar) and allow to set in the fridge, about an hour.
