Cinnamon Butter

Today I am sharing a recipe that is so easy to prepare that it might not even be called a recipe. But despite its simplicity I thought it was worth sharing because I am completely confident that you’re going to love it.

I usually prepare a big batch since you can keep it on your fridge for a long time just like regular butter, and in this way you have it available for whenever you want it.
I love spreading it on my bagels and then topping them with sliced apples. You can also use it on your pancakes, waffles, toast, etc.

Oh, and by the way some of my clients with whom I have shared this recipe are scared of having butter; but remember that just as with everything else, you can have some in moderation and it is even healthy. Butter is rich in fat soluble vitamins, contains healthy fats and is way better than margarine since margarine is high in unhealthy trans fats.


  • ½ cup salted butter
  • ¼ cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey


  • 1.Mix all ingredients well. Store in airtight container. Keeps well for 4-6 weeks in refrigerator.
