Green Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are exactly what you think they are, but they taste even better than you can imagine. You can create any flavor combination you like and top it with your favorite foods.

Plus, they are a great way to eat your 5 servings of fruit and get all those vitamins and minerals to keep you looking fantastic.

This green smoothie bowl is definitely one of my favorite ones. Packed with healthy superfoods, and a little energy kick from the maca, this creamy green bowl makes a satisfying breakfast.


  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop of ice
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. spirulina
  • 1 tbsp. maca
  • ¼ cup coconut milk (add slowly to avoid making it to liquid)

  • Toppings:

  • ½ sliced banana
  • ¼ cup homemade whole grain, nuts and seeds granola (you can use any granola you like)
  • 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds


  • 1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and process to obtain a creamy liquid. (you don’t want it to liquid so don’t blend to much)
  • 2. Serve in a bowl and top with sliced bananas around, granola at the center and a sprinkle of hemp seeds and chia seeds.
